Before you decide to contact us regarding any technical issue, we recommend you go through the following FAQs first. In case your question is not in the list, you can then contact us for assistance via the contact page. The following includes some of the issues often raised by users.
Website Likes versus Facebook Fans
To begin with, Fan Pages, also known as Business Pages, only apply to Facebook fans. Website Likes mainly act as like buttons for the related website. In case you buy Facebook likes and your website does not have the Facebook Like button, you can get one from the Social Plug-in on Facebook. After ordering Facebook website likes, ensure that the Facebook like button points to the homepage of the website.
Note that when it points at the fan page, the likes that come in do not reflect in the Like button. Additionally, you need to acquire a Fan or Business Page if you already set up a fan page box to avoid promoting a fan page instead of a website URL. If you do not know the appropriate package, click our contact page and we will gladly help.
Likes and Followers
All our social media campaigns especially on Facebook take time to yield results and new followers do not appear instantly. For instance, small packages require a week or two to complete while the bigger campaigns take a month to two. You cannot receive likes and followers fast because of the natural nature of the campaigns.
You can run two campaigns at the same time but we do not encourage users to do it. Note that because we track our advancement based on the total number of likes you receive, the other campaign may increase your likes at the same time and will hence appear on the promotion done on your page. On the other hand, during the campaign, we over-deliver our orders so that we can account for all organic likes your page receives, if any. We promote your page manually and we do not use software that can facilitate tracking of the likes your page gets from us.
That kind of software only exists with unreal likes or bots because a single person would control all accounts and make differentiation and tracking easy. We do not take responsibility for replacement of likes we did not build. Therefore, before you make an order, you need to stop other campaigns.
The Beginning of an Order
Our service does not work automatically; humans run it, so kindly allow us some time to process your order. After placing an order, it goes on the order queue and then we promote all pages manually. For example, if you target USA likes, your order may take an extra day to prepare. That notwithstanding, we strive to complete orders within deadline but if your order takes more time than necessary, reach out to us via the contact page and we will update you on the status.
Confirmation of Orders
After you place an order successfully, PayPal will return you to the success page on our website. Our website then sends a confirmation notice and you receive it via email with the anticipated date of delivery. In case you shut the PayPal window before the window redirects you to our website, the confirmation notice may fail to come through even though it remains in our system. While that happens, we get down to work and after we complete promoting your page, you then receive a notice confirming the completion of the order.
We offer a lifetime warranty on all our work and incase one of our followers or likes vanish; we restore them at no cost. However, such cases only occur to one percent of all orders. Moreover, to counter such natural drop-offs, we deliver extra on all packages.
Safety of Usage
We ensure that our services do not affect the reputation of your account negatively. As of now, no customer ever experienced banning or removal because of our services. You can hence rest assured of the safety of our services.
The Reality of Facebook Likes
Facebook likes represent real people and we do not create them using software and or other unlawful techniques. The accounts operate under real people because we value honesty. The likes you receive portray how your fans feel about your product or business.
Promotion of Posts or Photos
We offer promotion of posts and photos but you must deactivate all privacy restrictions so that the photo or status update reaches the public. After deactivating the restrictions, you then order our Fan or Business Page likes located on the top row of our pricing page on Facebook. Next, you simply supply the URL to the post or photo and leave everything else to us.
How the Process Works
We own a wide chain of famous Facebook pages, PR contacts, as well as websites. We combine that chain with proprietary system to promote your page effectively to a large audience. After your page meets the quota we promised, we then halt the promotion.
Ordering Multiple Packages
You can operate many campaigns at once even if they fall on the same package. However, you cannot split one order in many pages but we offer bulk discounts for multiple orders. Visit our contact page and if you want such order, we will supply you with the quote, and the discount applied.
Benefits of the Service
The more likes you get on Facebook show how your target audience takes your product. Our services increase the total number of fans thereby increasing your visibility on your social network and we do that by using our long chain of visitors. Studies indicate that an increase in social presence raises rankings on the web as well as exposing the brand.
The basic services we offer target global likes and followers and you may therefore get users from several nations. We focus page promotion on an audience that speaks English even though we cannot control the kind of people interested in your page. If you want likes from USA only, we can make it happen but it costs more.
By clicking on the Targeted USA Fans on the Facebook pricing page located on the right corner at the top, you can order USA-only likes. Currently, the only service we do not offer includes targeting fans in particular cities or fans residing in other states. However, we expect to come up with something of that nature sometime to come so that all our clients can enjoy personalized services.
You do not need to give us your account password for us to access your accounts. We build all our likes and followers without using any admin access. We know the importance of your privacy and we do not wish to cause a breach on the same. You can get additional information about this by going to our contact page.
For you to see the status of your order, we must first complete your service so that we can give you the update. After the service ends, we then send a message directly to the email address specified at the time of checkout. However, in case you still cannot see the likes even after the agreed period, kindly reach us using our contact page so that you can send a message to us.
Evidence Facebook’s revenue is based on fake likes.
My first vid on the problem with Facebook: http://bit.ly/1dXudqY
I know first-hand that Facebook’s advertising model is deeply flawed. When I paid to promote my page I gained 80,000 followers in developing countries who didn’t care about Veritasium (but I wasn’t aware of this at the time). They drove my reach and engagement numbers down, basically rendering the page useless. I am not the only one who has experienced this. Rory Cellan-Jones had the same luck with Virtual Bagel: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-18819338
The US Department of State spent 0,000 to acquire 2 million page likes and then realized only 2% were engaged. http://wapo.st/1glcyZo
I thought I would demonstrate that the same thing is still happening now by creating Virtual Cat (http://www.facebook.com/MyVirtualCat). I was surprised to discover something worse – false likes are coming from everywhere, including Canada, the US, the UK, and Australia. So even those carefully targeting their campaigns are likely being duped into spending real money on fake followers. Then when they try to reach their followers they have to pay again.
And it’s possible to be a victim of fake likes without even advertising. Pages that end up on Facebook’s “International Suggested Pages” are also easy targets for click-farms seeking to diversify their likes. http://tnw.co/NsflrC
